Culhane originated with a visionary alliance of four attorneys who curated a carefully selected team of dedicated business-focused lawyers. These professionals shared a history of collaboration spanning over 15 years at various prominent national firms.

Based on their Core Values and strategic vision, our founders were inspired to form Culhane, resulting in a team-oriented approach to delivering legal services to our clients while eliminating traditional law firms’ high overhead and inefficiencies.

The outcome is a national law firm that authentically disrupts the legal marketplace, redefining the landscape of legal services provision.

We proudly match or exceed the standards of large traditional law firms in both experience and depth of knowledge of our partners. In fact, almost every partner at Culhane received valuable training and experience from some of the most prestigious law firms or in-house legal departments in the country, including AmLaw 200 firms, as well as signficant in-house government roles.

In furtherance of our focus on efficiency, Culhane is comprised entirely of partner-level attorneys who can get the job done right the first time and we do not employ junior attorneys who require on-the-job training while the client foots the bill.

  • At least 8 years of experience in the practice of law (though most of our partners are in the 15-20 year range)
  • Sophisticated training and experience with an AmLaw 200 firm, in-house with a respected corporation or government agency, or within a well-respected boutique environment
  • Strong educational credentials
  • Strict compliance with the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism
  • Exceptional skills and knowledge in the attorney’s primary practice areas
  • Commitment to maintaining highest levels of proficiency through continuing legal education programs
